Know issues, about requests
・MOJIBAKE is sometimes happened→Now preparing, but this is caused by OS Framework. I think that I can't improve it.
・Thread view isn't rendered incorrectly in a particular and rare case.
→Now investigating, but I haven't found any factors yet.
